Scope
This policy applies to the n8n Faceless YouTube System, a private workflow-automation application operated by Larry for authorized YouTube channels.
Information processed
When the operator authorizes Google access, the application may process Google account identifiers, OAuth authorization tokens, YouTube channel information, video metadata, playlists, comments, and other data permitted by the scopes shown during Google authorization.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide operator-approved workflow functions, maintain the connected channel, prepare content operations, and support human-reviewed publishing activities. Google user data is not used for advertising and is not sold.
Storage and security
Authorization tokens and workflow data are stored within the operator's private n8n environment and protected by access controls. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to restrict unauthorized access.
Sharing
Google user data is not shared with third parties except service providers required to operate the authorized workflow, when directed by the account owner, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only for as long as needed to operate the authorized workflows, satisfy security and recordkeeping requirements, or comply with law. The operator may request deletion or disconnect Google access at any time.
Revoking Google access
Google access can be revoked through the Google Account permissions page. Revocation prevents future access but may not automatically delete information already retained under this policy.
Google API Services
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
